At Surroundings, our leadership is grounded in experience and expertise. Kenneth Francis, the owner, and Faith Okuma, our Principal-in-Charge, bring a combined wealth of 50+ years’ experience in landscape architecture, master planning, design guidelines, architecture, and strategic and regional planning. Both of us hold licenses in Landscape Architecture and Architecture and are LEED accredited.
