Our leadership is grounded in decades of expertise. Surroundings is led by Kenneth Francis, founding principal, with Principals-in-Charge Faith Okuma and Joseph Charles. Together they bring deep experience in landscape architecture, master planning, design guidelines, architecture, and strategic and regional planning. Each holds a license in Landscape Architecture, with Kenneth also licensed in Architecture.
